ISi Gourmet Whip - Professional 1 liter whipper in satin stainless steel, highly hygienic, dishwasher safe. With the iSi Professional whipper, whipped cream is produced in cafes all over the world. How to use:

     For cold preparations, wash the siphon with cold water before use. For hot preparations, wash it with hot water instead.

     Before pouring the product into the siphon, pass any type of mixture through a fine mesh strainer.

     For cold creations with jelly, store the sifoneiSi in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours in a horizontal position. It is possible to store this type of siphon in a bain-marie at 75°C max, removing the refills.

     Important: shake well after screwing on the capsules.

     To be used only with standard 8.4 g N2O and CO2 charges (NOT included).
