Wat is Egg white powder? How to use?
Our Egg White is a powder made with free-range chicken eggs. It can be used to make meringues, royal icing, panettone glazes, mayonnaise, mousses, souflè. Cholesterol-free, low in fat and carbohydrates and high in protein. It is also used by athletes to increase protein intake without adding fat. To recompose an egg white use 10 g of powder and 70 ml (70 g) of water to make 80 g of liquid egg white. Suitable for vegetarians, GMO-free, gluten-free, Kosher and Halal.
