Konjac Flour
What is Konjac Flour?
Konjac Flour also called Glucomannan is a very high quality and natural product obtained from the root of the Konjac plant. Its main feature is that it is naturally gluten-free. It thickens very strongly and has a power of about 10 times that of corn starch. Konjac Flour is used in oriental cuisine for classic Konjac noodles and for many other preparations including tofu, soups, sauces, creams, casseroles and to thicken fillings. It is extremely used in vegan cooking and has very few calories. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, GMO-free, gluten-free, non-irradiated, suitable for Kosher and Halal.
