Sucrose Ester

Our Sucrose Ester is a very high quality powder. The Sucrose Ester is obtained by esterifying sucrose through the dietary fatty acids of palm oil. It is an emulsifier in many food products, baked goods, sweets, cereals, dairy products, and ice cream. It is used in low-fat foods. The Sucrose Ester guarantees a soft and crumb structure in leavened products. In addition to the emulsion, it improves texturing, protects proteins and avoids the crystallization of fats or sugars.
