Our Tapioca Flour is a high quality white powder. It is also called Tapioca Starch. It is a product obtained by grinding the Cassava puianta. It does not contain fat or cholesterol, and is also gluten-free. it is low in sodium and contains iron and calcium. Tapioca Flour is excellent for thickening cakes, sauces and soups.
