Tartaric Acid
Our Tartaric Acid is a high quality, white crystalline powder, odorless and has a slight tart taste. Tartaric acid is a versatile product and is used as an emulsifier and acidifier. Improve the quality and shelf life of cheeses and tofu. It is added to fruit pâtés or jams to activate pectin.
