Do you have a local dealer?
We do not have a local dealer but we offer delivery throughout Italy and Europe. All orders received before 11am (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day.
How much does the delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders in Italy and in some European countries over € 120 (0 - 20kg) while under € 120 it is calculated according to the weight. Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery service requested. We deliver to every part of Italy and to many European countries.
What happens if my item is damaged in transit?
Items which are damaged in transit are very rare, we take great care to ensure all items are safe and well packed. If your item has been damaged please send an email to [email protected] immediately related to photographic documentation.
We are a European company with a VAT number, do we have to pay VAT on our order?
Just enter your VAT number with the prefix of your country and the system will automatically calculate if you are eligible for VAT exemption

Only a very small percentage of our products contain allergens. If a product contains an allergen, it will be highlighted and clearly marked in the product description and on the label.
