• 75g Fresh Raspberries
• 25g Lemon Juice
• 150g Water
• 50g Rose water
• 100g Sugar
• 5g Special Ingredients Soya Lecithin Powder (Available to buy on this web page)
• 3 Drops Special Ingredients English Rose Flavour Drop (Available to buy on this web page)

Recipe

1. Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blitz for a minute to combine
2. Angle the head of a stick blender so that it is partially submerged in the liquid and blend to produce a light airy foam. When ready to serve spoon this light foam off the top of the liquid.
