- Hand Blender
- 75g Fresh Raspberries
- 25g Lemon Juice
- 150g Water
- 50g Rose water
- 100g Sugar
- 5g Special Ingredients Soya Lecithin Powder (Available to buy on this web page)
- 3 Drops Special Ingredients English Rose Flavour Drop (Available to buy on this web page)
- Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blitz for a minute to combine
- Angle the head of a stick blender so that it is partially submerged in the liquid and blend to produce a light airy foam. When ready to serve spoon this light foam off the top of the liquid.
