• 350g Chamomile Tea
• 50g Lemon Juice
• 150g Sugar

Rosehip & Violet Meringue Ingredients

• 150g Cranberry Juice
• 200g Rosehip Tea
• 100g Caster Sugar
• 2.5g Special Ingredients Easy Whip (Available to buy on this web page)
• 1g Special Ingredients Citric Acid (Available to buy on this web page)

Chamomile Foam Recipe

1. Combine all Chamomile Foam Ingredients and blend well together
2. Place into Cream Whipper and Carbonate
3. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve

Rosehip & Violet Meringue Recipe

1. Blend the ingredients together
2. Whip the mixture to a light foam using a stand mixer
3. Spread onto grease proof paper
4. Sprinkle with crushed crystalised violet
5. Dehydrate in a dehydrator or low oven for 10 hours
6. Combine Rosehip & Violet Meringue with Chamomile Foam
