Veggi Egg white is a vegetable product without any ingredient of animal or synthetic origin. It is made up of vegetable proteins and potato starch. It has a high build-up, thickening and stabilizing capacity. It replaces egg white in most sweet and savory food preparations.

How to use it: to recreate an egg white, dilute a measuring cup with 30 g of waterFor 100 g of egg white weigh 12.5 g of product and dilute it with 87.5 g of water
