Veggi Egg Yolk 100g
Veggi Egg yolk is a plant product without any ingredients of animal or synthetic origin. It is composed of vegetable proteins and potato starch. It has a high capacity to bind carbohydrates and fats. It replaces egg yolk in most food preparations.

Ingredients: 70% potato protein, potato starch, acidity regulator (potassium carbonates), stabilizer (xanthan gum), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), coloring (beta-carotene). It does not contain ingredients of animal origin or any synthetic product. Without allergens, GMOs, preservatives and flavors.
How to use it: to recreate an egg yolk, dilute a measuring cup with 11 g of water and 4.5 g of oil
For 100 g of yolk weigh 16 g of product and dilute it with 60 g of water and 24 g of oil.
How to store it: Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
