Gelato DAMARE

Thanks to this mixture you can create excellent cream-based ice creams. All you need to do is blend the product with a little milk from the recipe on the label. Bring the mixture to 95°C, add the remaining milk and cream and leave to cool. Put everything in the batch freezer or ice cream maker and you're done. You can also flavor the ice cream tubs by adding 100g of flavoring paste for each liter of milk.
