How much does delivery cost ?
We offer delivery free for orders in Italy and some locations in Europe if the order value is a above €70 excluding VAT (0 - 20kg) while below €120 is calculated based on weight. Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery service requested. We deliver in every part of Italy and in many locations across Europe.

What if my item is damaged during transportation?
Products damaged during transportation is very rare. We always ensure all products are very well packaged. In the unlikely event you your item is damaged, please send an e-mail immediately to cs@specialingredientseu.com including images of the damaged product.

We are a company European with VAT number, do we pay VAT?
Just enter your VAT number and the system will calculate automatically.
